Chris is an operations management expert with 30 years of experience spanning several industries including telecommunications and high-tech, aerospace and defense, and agriculture equipment sales. He brings expertise in strategy development, succession planning, risk management, management operating system implementations, training, project management, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Chris served as the Chief Operations Officer for a local family-owned John Deere dealership serving the Greater Sacramento region. He has also held various senior level management positions in both small and Fortune 300 companies including Accenture, Honeywell, Textron, and Kratos Unmanned Systems. Throughout his career, he was selected to run organizations in realignment or turnaround situations, often receiving awards for both operational and environmental health and safety excellence. One of his career achievements was leading a Honeywell Plant to be selected for the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), one of only 26 locations in the entire state of Arizona to hold the title.

Chris spent eight years on active duty and five years in the reserves as an Army Aviation Officer, serving in the United States, Germany and Bosnia, commanding AH-1 and AH-64 attack helicopter units, achieving the rank of Major. He was born and raised in Marin County but resides in Roseville. In his free time, he enjoys fly-fishing, golfing and watching his teenagers play sports.
