Our two experienced leadership development professionals, Hal Johnson and Yolanda Underwood, lead our development delivery team. They have developed the training curriculum that equips your executive team, as well as managers and supervisors to become highly effective leaders.

Hal Johnson, Chairman
Hal has been CEO of eight different companies during his career as a top-level executive, in the US and the UK. His primary focus has been building management teams to produce strong performance. This background has provided him an understanding of the knowledge and skill requirements for senior managers of an enterprise to be highly effective manager-leaders. He has developed a curriculum of workshops and learning materials that focuses on learning and applying the best practices to produce predictable success. Hal has also authored three books on management effectiveness. He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California.

Yolanda Underwood, Principal
Yolanda has developed and delivered entire leadership training programs for major employers such as The Golden 1 Credit Union, Gap Inc Direct and Dun & Bradstreet. She understands the environment, having been a first line supervisor as well as a senior level HR practitioner. Her experience includes both developing then delivering training material that meets the knowledge and skills needs to produce high-level performance. Her specialty involves translating the knowledge requirements of mid-level managers into a compelling learning experience that enables practical leadership impact. She is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley.
